Founded in 1996, Monte Nido & Affiliates specializes in the treatment of eating disorders for all genders and includes five distinct clinical programs: Monte NidoWalden Behavioral CareClementineOliver Pyatt Centers, and Rosewood Ranch.  As one of the largest and leading national providers of eating disorder treatment for over 25 years, our tenured and expert staff — which includes recovered professionals — has delivered gender-inclusive treatment that leads to full recovery.

With over fifty programs in fifteen states, Monte Nido & Affiliates provides eating and co-occurring disorder treatment in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care. Virtual programming is also offered. Monte Nido & Affiliates’ inpatient and residential programs are Joint Commission accredited, and we are a part of a comprehensive research study, approved by an Institutional Review Board, in order to assess treatment outcomes in our programs that demonstrate the efficacy of our care.  Treatment programs include:

  • Monte NidoResidential Programs for adults of all genders, with some programs gender-specific (California, Massachusetts, Oregon, New York, Illinois, Texas, Georgia); and in-person and virtual Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient and programs for adults and adolescents of all genders (California, Massachusetts, Oregon, New York, Philadelphia, Georgia)
  • Clementine:  Residential eating disorder treatment for adolescents of all genders, with some programs gender-specific (Florida, New York, Virginia, Georgia, Texas, Illinois, New Jersey, California, Oregon)
  • Oliver Pyatt Centers: Residential, Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient eating disorder treatment for adult females (Florida)
  • Rosewood Ranch: Inpatient, Residential, Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient eating disorder treatment programs for adults and adolescents of all genders (Arizona)
  • Walden Behavioral Care: Inpatient, Residential, and in-person and virtual Partial and Intensive Outpatient and programs for adults and adolescents of all genders in Massachusetts, with partial and intensive outpatient in Connecticut.
